Recovery and renewal. That build was a massive entrepreneurial lift, and it took a lot out of me physically. It ended with surgery that paralyzed my left arm for a year. It was a long recovery, and in the end, the ingredients weren’t aligned for me to pursue that specific goal any further.
I won't be entering any jiu-jitsu tournaments soon. My limitations are mostly positional fatigue, but I have full "executive level stamina" for 8+ hour days and walk a 5k every day. I'm resilient and ready to go.
I’m casting a wide net for a role where I can make a real difference. Sometimes that’s a CXO role, other times it’s a strategic Manager role. I can be a great teammate, or I can lead the charge. I’m looking for the right fit and the right mission.

Location-wise, I’m in the Detroit metro area and am open to relocating. I’ve been searching the Midwest and East Coast, but my body might appreciate somewhere warm. I'm very open.
I need to be in a growth opportunity, reasonable base, and participation reflective of the long-term revenue I build (raises, stock, overrides, commissions, etc.). I am open to different compensation packages but total comp, benefits, as well as the opportunity and location matter.
I’m bright; have a good heart; and I can be precise without getting lost in the minutiae.
